A feasibility study prior to commencing a business provides the necessary research to assist in avoiding considerable losses.
A feasibility study will provide a representation of the initial vision of the enterprise in the business planning process. If the project is deemed feasible, much of the information gained during the feasibility study phase is used in developing the business plan itself.
